Returns Policy

 WG Authentic makes every effort to ensure that the products you purchase from us are delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or if items are damaged during shipping, please contact us at (480) 778-1899 within 72 hours of delivery. In most circumstances, the product(s) in issue must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery in order to receive a refund.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All products shipped directly from WG Authentic will be delivered via UPS. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
